1/ Upon your first telephone conversation, you are put in relation with an educational counselor. This person will go over your request, analyze your child�s needs or difficulties, give you advice, and finally, determine, with your input, the best teacher profile suited to your child.

2/ The counselor then searches for the right teacher.

3/ The selected teacher contacts you directly in order to settle on the date and time of your first meeting. During this encounter, the student�s knowledge is evaluated; the objectives, the frequency, and the study-method defined.

4/ Your educational counselor remains at your service at all times, and contacts you regularly for a recap on your child�s progress, and your overall satisfaction with the tutoring program.
