1/ Upon your first telephone conversation, you are put in relation with an educational counselor. This person will go over your request, analyze your child’s needs or difficulties, give you advice, and finally, determine, with your input, the best teacher profile suited to your child.

2/ The counselor then searches for the right teacher.

3/ The selected teacher contacts you directly in order to settle on the date and time of your first meeting. During this encounter, the student’s knowledge is evaluated; the objectives, the frequency, and the study-method defined.

4/ Your educational counselor remains at your service at all times, and contacts you regularly for a recap on your child’s progress, and your overall satisfaction with the tutoring program.
